As bright as the copper of her full ball gown, Penny has a unique style all her own! The upper portion of her ensemble is fashionable styled out of a doily that was misshapen and wouldn't lay flat. Penny is one of those "I'll love you forever " dolls because the doily belongs to my Mother-in-law.
